Then select the Margin Manager
Using the Margin Manager
As you add items onto the order your margin appears within the grid, you can change these values here, however, by using the margin manager you can adjust the whole order, per manufacturer, or certain lines on the order.
The below section will explain each function of the manager.
-
Only adjust the following line numbers: Here you can decide a subgroup of lines in an order to adjust.
- In the example above lines, 1-3 margin will be adjusted to 43%

- In the example above lines, 1-3 margin will be adjusted to 43%
-
Only adjust the following manufacturer: Here you can decide what specific manufacturers you want to adjust the margin.
-
- In the example above all lines that have an MFG shortcode of LCV and FSR will have their margin adjusted to 43%
-
-
Set Margin: Using this you can set the margin for the entire order.
- In the example above the margin is set to 35% for the entire as you can see in the profit breakdown of the order.
-
Adjust Margin: Here you can Add or Subtract a certain percentage to the margin.
-
- In the example below .30% has been subtracted from the original margin for the items on the order, which means the Ext. Price will be adjusted.
-
-
Set Multiplier: Using this section will allow you to enter a specific multiplier against cost, or list.
-
- In the example below a 1.50 multiplier has been applied to cost, adjusting the cost of each item on the order.
-
-
Distribute Order Total: In this section, you can enter a preferred order total and our system will distribute each line to get to the closest order total entered.
-
-
In the example above the order total has been set to $2500. So each of the Ext. Price for each item has been adjusted to get to 2500.00 as the order total.
-
NOTE: The order total will be as close as possible to the total entered.
